Your appointment reserves dedicated time
Your appointment reserves bodywork time, preparation, and mobile travel. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. The deadline is measured from the appointment's scheduled start time, in Asheville's local time.
Use the appointment-management link in your confirmation email, email hello@eustressavl.com, or call/text (828) 767-6807. The time your request is received determines whether it is on time; you do not have to wait for a reply. Leave a message if calling outside business hours.
With at least 48 hours' notice, there is no change fee. A prepaid individual visit may be refunded to the original payment method or moved to another appointment, at your choice. Reserved membership minutes are returned with their existing expiration dates. Moving an appointment does not restart a minute balance's expiration period.
Changes with less than 48 hours' notice
For a late cancellation or reschedule, the reserved session value applies:
- Individual visits: the agreed appointment price, including the $99 price for a Capacity Reset; never a higher returning-client rate for that first visit.
- Membership visits: the scheduled minutes are deducted. There is no additional cash penalty for those same minutes.
- Mixed payments: deduct the reserved membership minutes and charge only the separately agreed paid portion. Never charge twice for the same time.
Any deposit or prepayment counts toward the amount due. The total retained or charged cannot exceed the agreed appointment price. A penalty applies to the missed reservation, not to the replacement appointment; the replacement is a separate booking unless a courtesy exception applies.
Courtesy reschedule: once in any rolling 12-month period, a client who contacts Eustress before the start time may move a late-change appointment without losing its payment or minutes. The replacement session must take place within 30 calendar days of the original appointment, subject to suitable availability. This courtesy is a reschedule, not a cash refund, and does not apply to a no-show. If Eustress cannot offer a suitable replacement within that period, the affected value is refunded or preserved without penalty. Illness, emergency, and weather exceptions below are separate from this courtesy.
If the entire released appointment is filled by another paying client, Eustress waives the late-change or no-show charge, refunds any corresponding cash already collected, or restores the deducted minutes. Restored minutes retain their expiration unless business scheduling requires an extension.
Late arrivals and missed appointments
Please contact Eustress as soon as you know you will be late. A client-caused delay may shorten the session, which normally ends at the scheduled time. The full reserved price or minutes still apply; no additional late-arrival fee is added.
If you are unavailable or cannot provide access 15 minutes after the scheduled start, and have not made another arrangement with Tae, the appointment is treated as a no-show. Eustress will attempt to contact you before leaving. The reserved price or minutes apply under the same limits above. A shortened session and a no-show are not charged separately for the same reservation.
After two late cancellations or no-shows within six months, future appointments require direct scheduling with Tae to confirm a workable arrangement. No automatic extra penalty is added.
Illness, emergencies, weather, and safety
Please do not attend or host a session when you have a potentially contagious illness. Contact Eustress as soon as reasonably possible. Sudden illness, urgent emergencies, and unsafe travel or severe weather can be rescheduled without a late-change penalty. An emergency that prevents timely contact can be reported afterward. You do not need to send private medical records to request an exception.
These exceptions are documented consistently. Repeated disruptions may lead to a discussion about a more workable schedule; they do not require attending while ill or traveling unsafely.
Eustress may postpone or stop a session when the location, access, or care would be unsafe. An unforeseen safety issue is handled without a penalty. A known, avoidable failure to provide the previously confirmed space or access follows the ordinary late-change rule. Classification is based on the actual circumstances, not simply on who ended the session.
You can ask to adjust, pause, or stop bodywork at any time. Exercising that choice is not misconduct or a no-show, and no extra penalty is added. The reserved-session charge normally remains applicable unless Eustress cannot safely or appropriately provide the service or another exception applies.
If Eustress changes your appointment
If Eustress cancels, cannot provide the agreed service, or causes a delay that prevents the full session, you may choose a suitable reschedule or a refund for the undelivered individual-session time. Membership minutes for undelivered time are restored. Expiration is extended when necessary so an Eustress-caused change does not cost you paid time. Practitioner travel or setup delays do not reduce your purchased bodywork time without your agreement and an appropriate adjustment.
Mobile location and setup
Eustress serves locations within approximately 26 miles of Asheville, NC 28806. You can book and pay directly for a suitable space within this area; no prior location approval is needed. Safe access and a suitable setup are still required. If you are unsure about your location, route, or setup, contact Tae for help before booking.
There is no routine travel surcharge for a location within the standard service area. An exceptional trip outside that area is offered only when feasible, with any travel price disclosed and accepted before booking. No surprise travel fee is added afterward. No separate travel penalty is added to a missed-session charge.
Provide a private space with room around the massage table, safe access, parking and entry instructions, and any stairs or elevator details. Secure pets away from the work area and discuss who will be present. Tae brings the table, clean linens, bolster, and session supplies. Setup and breakdown are separate from the purchased bodywork time; arrival arrangements are confirmed for each visit.
Membership billing and included time
Memberships renew and charge automatically every 28 days until canceled. This is every four weeks, not monthly. Billing dates move through the calendar, and the schedule is approximately 13 billing cycles per year rather than 12 monthly payments. Your enrollment record states the first charge and next renewal date.
Essential: 60 minutes · $150 every 28 days
Balanced: 120 minutes · $290 every 28 days
Premium: 240 minutes · $540 every 28 days
Elite: 360 minutes · $780 every 28 days
There is no minimum multi-cycle commitment and no enrollment fee. Membership is optional and is for one person; minutes cannot be shared or transferred. Sessions are 60–120 minutes in 30-minute increments. Booking is subject to suitable availability; membership does not guarantee a particular day or time. Eustress confirms a workable scheduling pattern before enrollment.
Rollover
Unused included minutes carry forward once, for 30 calendar days after the cycle in which they were issued ends. They expire at the end of the displayed expiration date in Asheville local time. Use the oldest, earliest-expiring minutes first. Rolled minutes do not roll again.
For example: if a cycle ends with 30 unused minutes, those 30 minutes remain usable for the following 30 days. A new payment adds the next cycle's allocation; it does not extend the older 30 minutes. A session must take place by the expiration date; booking it before expiration for a later date does not preserve the minutes.
Expired included minutes are not automatically refunded. If Eustress cannot offer a suitable appointment despite a timely scheduling request, affected minutes are extended to a mutually workable appointment or the unused paid value is refunded. An approved courtesy or safety exception also preserves affected minutes as described above.
Extra time
Active members may purchase additional time attached to an agreed appointment in 30-minute blocks: Essential $75; Balanced $72.50; Premium $67.50; Elite $65 per block. Additional time requires availability and agreement; it is not automatically added to a bill.
Separately purchased extra time follows that appointment's cancellation policy. It is not placed in an expiring pool of included membership minutes. If removed with at least 48 hours' notice, prepaid extra time is refunded or moved at your choice. Existing purchased add-on balances retain the terms under which they were sold.
Canceling or changing your membership
Cancel future renewals at any time before the next charge using the subscription-management link in your payment email or by emailing hello@eustressavl.com. There is no separate 30-day notice requirement, cancellation fee, or requirement to attend an appointment to cancel. An email's receipt time controls even if Eustress processes it later. A charge made after a timely cancellation request is refunded.
Canceling renewal does not automatically cancel already-booked appointments. Tell Eustress if those appointments also need to change; the appointment policy applies.
Cancellation stops future charges. Already-paid included minutes retain their original cycle and one-time 30-day rollover rights; cancellation does not erase them early. Previously rolled minutes keep their original expiration. Past paid cycles are not automatically refunded solely because you cancel; business-caused inability to deliver care and applicable refund rights remain exceptions.
Plan changes take effect at the next renewal when requested before that charge. There is no automatic mid-cycle upgrade or extra charge. To take a longer break, stop renewals and enroll again when ready; there is no paid holding fee or indefinite freeze of minute expiration.
A failed renewal does not issue new minutes. Eustress contacts you to resolve payment; there is no added late-payment penalty. Already-paid minutes keep their existing rights. Eustress does not require payment of a new cycle solely to redeem a valid prior balance.
Changes to membership price or material terms are provided at least 30 days before the first affected renewal. You may stop renewal before the change applies. Previously purchased minutes retain their original terms unless you expressly agree to a change.
Payments and refunds
The amount, timing of any payment, and any card authorization are shown before booking or enrollment. Eustress only charges under the authorization you provide; publishing this policy alone does not authorize a card charge. No additional deposit requirement is created by this policy.
Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within five business days after the amount is agreed or a refund obligation is identified. Your bank or processor controls when the credit appears. If a business-caused refund involves unused membership time, its value is calculated using the price per minute of the cycle that issued it, without repricing used time at the higher individual-session rate. Nothing in this policy removes applicable consumer rights.
